'Decayed Decadence', 2009 A project showcasing some of my self-directed work, Decayed decadence is a project based around the processes of growth and decay. Textile processes included using, a rust dyeing technique to colour the fabric, cellulose devore to burn out areas of fabric to create these lace like overlays, and manipulation through stitch and heat. this gallery shows concept, development and an end-use.
